1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between you ("you", "the client", "the guest") and Royal Touch Spa ("we", "us", "our"), a wellness and massage spa located at Shop No. 303, Sheetal Ekta Chs, opp. Oberoi Mall, Malad, BMC Colony, Dindoshi, Goregaon East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400097.

By visiting our website, contacting us by phone or WhatsApp, booking an appointment, or receiving any service at our premises, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our website or our services.

2. Nature of Our Services

Royal Touch Spa is a professional wellness centre offering massage and relaxation therapies, including full body massage, deep tissue therapy, four-hand massage and aromatherapy treatments.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to any person, at our sole discretion, where we believe doing so is necessary for the safety, comfort, dignity or lawful conduct of our guests or staff.

3. Eligibility

• Services are available only to persons aged 18 years or above. We may request valid photo identification before service.
• You must disclose any medical condition, injury, allergy, skin condition, pregnancy or medication that may affect your suitability for a treatment before the session begins.
• We may decline a treatment where, in the reasonable opinion of our therapists, it may not be safe or appropriate for you.

4. Appointments & Bookings

• Appointments may be made by calling +91 9326232726 or messaging us on WhatsApp. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.
• We are open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Bookings are confirmed only when acknowledged by us by call or message.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid affecting subsequent guests, and the full price will still apply.
• Treatment durations quoted include preparation and consultation time.
• We make every effort to honour your preferred slot and therapist, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

5. Pricing, Offers & Payment

• Prices are quoted at the time of booking or at our reception and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at that time. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment is due in full at the spa on completion of your treatment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment modes displayed at our reception.
• Promotional offers advertised on this website — including any percentage discount, limited-period offer or countdown promotion — are valid only for the period and on the terms stated, cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time at our discretion.
• Offers apply to selected services and may exclude certain therapies, add-ons and packages. Please confirm applicability at the time of booking.
• Gift vouchers and prepaid packages, where offered, are non-transferable unless stated otherwise and expire on the date printed on them.

6. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Shows

• Please inform us at least 2 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, so that the slot can be offered to another guest.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in our requiring advance payment for future bookings.
• Where an advance payment or deposit has been taken, cancellations made with adequate notice may be adjusted against a future appointment. Deposits for no-shows or last-minute cancellations may be forfeited.
• If we are required to cancel or reschedule your appointment (for example due to therapist unavailability, maintenance or circumstances beyond our control), we will offer you the earliest alternative slot or a refund of any advance paid for that appointment.
• Completed services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with a treatment, please tell us before you leave the premises so that we can address it.

7. Code of Conduct

Our therapists are trained wellness professionals and are entitled to a safe and respectful working environment. We expect all guests to observe the following:

• Behave respectfully and courteously towards our staff and other guests at all times.
• Any inappropriate, indecent, suggestive or unlawful request, comment or behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund, and the person concerned may be permanently refused entry. Such incidents may be reported to the police.
• Guests under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances will not be treated.
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol are not permitted on the premises.
• Please keep mobile phones on silent and maintain quiet in the treatment areas out of consideration for other guests.
• Photography or recording of any kind within the premises is not permitted without our prior written consent.

8. Health & Safety

• You are responsible for disclosing accurate and complete health information before treatment. We rely on the information you provide.
• Massage may not be advisable for certain conditions, including but not limited to cardiac conditions, blood-pressure disorders, thrombosis, recent surgery, fractures, infectious or contagious conditions, skin disorders, and pregnancy. Please consult your doctor before booking if any of these apply to you.
• Inform your therapist immediately if you experience any discomfort during a session so that the pressure or technique can be adjusted.
• Children are not permitted in treatment areas.

9. Personal Belongings

Please do not bring valuables to the spa. While we take reasonable care of our premises, Royal Touch Spa is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of cash, jewellery, mobile phones, vehicles or other personal belongings brought onto or left at the premises.

10. Use of This Website

• All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, design and layout — is the property of Royal Touch Spa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute it without our prior written permission.
• You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that may damage, disable or impair the website or interfere with another person's use of it.
• This website may contain links to third-party websites and services (such as Google Maps and WhatsApp). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties.

11. Privacy

Information you share with us — such as your name and phone number when you call, message us on WhatsApp or enquire — is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Royal Touch Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising out of your use of this website or our services.
• We shall not be liable for any adverse reaction, aggravation of an existing condition, or injury arising from your failure to disclose relevant health information, or from your failure to follow the advice or instructions given by our therapists.
• Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that particular service.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in providing services arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, fire, flood, civil unrest, strikes, power or internet failure, or orders of any government or statutory authority.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in applicable law. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
